• You are a fully trained Air Traffic Controller and bring extensive professional experience, including several years of experience as an On-the-Job and Simulator Instructor
• You have extensive cross-unit experience and in-depth knowledge of operational procedures and systems within air traffic services
• You demonstrate outstanding methodological and didactic expertise, supported by instructor qualifications such as OJTI and/or advanced instructor qualifications
• You communicate confidently in English and German, both written and spoken, or you are willing to actively develop your German language skills to at least B1 level
• You are highly committed to supporting trainees as they enter a completely new and challenging professional environment
• You stand out through excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility across different duties and responsibilities, and a willingness to learn and develop expertise in new subject areas
