Business Finance Manager - dnata FP&A, UAE Airport Operations

As the senior Finance leader supporting UAE Airport Operations, you will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, driving performance, influencing key business decisions, challenging strategic investment choices and ensuring sustainable value creation. The successful candidate will also serve as a director on the boards of two regional JVs, helping to safeguard shareholder interests and support long-term growth.

In this role, you will

• Serve as the senior Finance leader and trusted advisor to the UAE Airport Operations leadership team, driving performance, strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, target-setting and long-term planning activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with operational leaders to optimise key performance drivers including manpower, productivity, asset utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Analyse revenue performance drivers, identifying risks, opportunities and actions to enhance financial outcomes.
• Partner with Commercial teams to strengthen profitability, pricing strategies, contract performance and margin improvement initiatives.
• Monitor business performance through reporting, KPIs and governance forums, driving corrective action where required.
• Lead the financial evaluation of strategic initiatives, capital investments, business cases, new ventures and commercial agreements.
• Provide challenge and oversight on investment decisions relating to GSE and other operational assets.
• Serve as a director on the boards of the two regional JVs, providing oversight of business performance and investment plans.
• Maintain a robust control environment, ensuring compliance with governance requirements and effective management of audit activities.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing Finance team, building capability and succession strength.

Qualification

In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree.

• Be a professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) and/or an MBA holder.

• Have 10+ years of experience in a Finance, Commercial or Analytical role,
• Hold a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in an FP&A function with a proven history of delivering real value add FP&A support to a business in a dynamic and challenging business environment.
• Experience in being a skilled Business Partner with the ability to influence senior stakeholders whilst building solid partnerships.

You'll have an edge if you have

• Demonstrable experience in leading FP&A support through a period of significant business change.
• The ability to identify the right data to be translated into powerful stories through PowerBI. High proficiency in MS excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, tables and graph production) as well as MS PowerPoint.
