Join our team as a Business Analyst for Airline Operations & IT!

Bring your airline operations expertise and help us create and enhance solutions that support flight briefing and operations, delivering essential information to pilots and operational teams.

What you’ll do

• Analyze aviation operational scenarios and user needs, considering real-world constraints and safety requirements
• Elicit, document and refine business and technical requirements
• Translate operational needs into clear, implementation-ready specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams and product managers in an international environment
• Support solution design, implementation and validation to ensure user needs are met

What you’ll bring

• Aviation background (education or hands-on airline/flight operations experience)
• Solid understanding of flight briefing, planning, cockpit workflows and airline operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex problems

• Experience or strong motivation to grow as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Ability to convert operational needs into actionable requirements
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
• Fluent English (B2/C1)
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days in modern office in Gdańsk

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Scrum, Jira, Confluence
• Basic API/system integration knowledge
• Experience with operational/safety-critical systems
• Polish language
