We are looking for Bar Attendant to join our award winning team in Qatar Airways Lounges.
Qatar Airways operates different Lounges at Hamad International Airport. The Lounge’s team primary focus is to offer a chance for customers to relax and rejuvenate before or between flights. The Lounges facilities are available 24X7 which include F&B dining restaurants, quiet areas, showers, Spa facilities to name a few.
About the Role
As a Bar Attendant, you will provide premium customer service and ensure great experience to customers at the Lounges. You will ensure positive customer interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. You will be attentive to customers’ needs making them feel welcomed and comfortable.
You will ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving customers. You will prepare and monitor the beverages inventory as well as the requests as needed to replenish supplies.
You will serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar and provide guidance to customers on various products offered within the Lounges. You will maintain a clean working area and ensure exceptional standards in hygiene are maintained at all times in all areas of the operation.

Qualification
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Trade/ Vocational qualification with minimum of 1 year of job related experience.
- Completed professional course in Hospitality or have completed bartending trainings.
- Good knowledge of bartending services
Qualification and Skills
- Good command of English language both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interactive, customer service oriented with warm, cheerful and expressive personality.
- Customer focused and able to work in a multi-cultural working environment.
- Upholds the highest personal and professional standard.
- Polite, reliable, with passionate attitude towards the customers.
- Team player with positive outlook and a keen eye for details.
- Versatile and flexible to meet the varied needs and expectation of customers.
- Able to work on shift.
- This is a uniformed role and will require adherence to the role’s appearance standard.
