About the Role

We are seeking a B2 Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our MRO team. In this role, you will support the efficient and safe maintenance of aircraft and avionics systems in accordance with approved procedures, technical manuals, company policies, and applicable aviation regulations.

You will work under general supervision while carrying out a range of aircraft maintenance activities and will be expected to maintain a high standard of safety, quality, compliance, and attention to detail.

Aircraft Maintenance & Operations

  • Perform aircraft maintenance activities, including the removal, inspection, installation, and servicing of aircraft components in accordance with approved procedures and technical manuals.

  • Carry out avionics-related maintenance tasks as authorised.

  • Raise and manage work orders accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Request and order aircraft spares and materials as required.

  • Support the un-issuing and return of removed spares where applicable.

  • Carry out cleaning, painting, and servicing of aviation equipment and components as required.

  • Support maintenance projects and ensure the required tooling and equipment are available.

Compliance & Safety

  • Comply with all applicable aviation regulations, company procedures, policies, and airworthiness requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance journals and records.

  • Support tooling and equipment control processes, including regular tool-tag audits.

  • Report any actual or potential safety, quality, or compliance concerns to the relevant management.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and FOD-free hangar and work environment.

  • Promote a strong safety and compliance culture while demonstrating the company’s values.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably within a commercial aviation or MRO environment.

  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and aviation safety requirements.

  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under general supervision.

  • Proactive approach to learning and professional development.

  • Good computer literacy and ability to work with electronic maintenance systems.

  • Ability to work safely and comply with applicable aviation regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
