About the Role
As an Airport Services Agent, you will provide excellent customer service to passengers and support smooth airport operations while maintaining the highest safety, security and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service throughout the passenger journey.
- Support check-in, boarding and arrival processes.
- Direct passengers to the appropriate airport facilities and services.
- Liaise with ground handling teams to ensure smooth passenger handling.
- Assist passengers with visa, entry requirement and residence permit enquiries.
- Complete pre-flight and post-flight administrative activities.
- Monitor and assist with missing or damaged baggage cases.
- Support aircraft turnaround activities when assigned.
- Follow company safety, security and operational procedures at all times.
- Support operational disruption and emergency response activities as required.

Qualification
About You
- Customer service experience within an airline, travel or hospitality environment.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Current right to live and work in Ireland.
