POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the direction and guidance of the Helipass President and/or Director of Customer Operations, the Account Manager will support and promote Helipass services across the United States and other global regions. This individual will take an active role, in partnership with other Account Managers and Customer Operations team, in crafting and executing customer account strategies in an assigned territory. They will provide support in a Sales Engineering capacity for pre-sales engagements and will remain engaged with all customers in their territory to ensure the ongoing fit of Helipass products, services, and product strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Revenue Generation
    • Educate prospects and customer stakeholders on the benefits of the Helipass platform
    • Partner with the Commercial team to craft effective customer strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
    • Prospect and qualify new sales leads through activities including (but not limited to) cold calling, emailing, networking ents, service port or office visits
    • Serve as a Sales Engineer for pre-sales engagements, including product demonstrations, business/technical needs discovery, business case development, and value proposition development
    • Manage procurement process with customers, including activities such as contract negotiation, supporting vendor onboarding processes, and facilitating any audits necessary to maintain vendor status within the customers’ procurement ecosystem(s).
  • Supporting our Customer Community
    • Work closely with customer management teams to discover relevant KPIs to their operation and partner with technical SMEs to deploy these KPIs via our Advanced Analytics platform
    • Advocate on behalf of customers in prioritizing relevant bodies of work (projects, continuous improvement interests, etc.) and as a member of the Helipass Roadmap Committee
    • Serve as an escalation point for customer stakeholder support
    • Plan and deliver regular business performance reviews

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3-5+ years of sales and marketing experience. Energy sector and/or Software sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer support and relationship development
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Have a passion for teamwork and problem solving.
