We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will work across both backend and frontend technologies, helping us modernise existing systems, implement new solutions, and drive continuous technical improvements. Developing, maintaining, and improving internal and external web applications using PHP, Symfony, React, and MySQL.
Leading and contributing to PHP and Symfony version upgrades, framework migrations, and modernization initiatives.
Designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs to support business and operational needs.
Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code in line with development best practices.
Creating, maintaining, and improving unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Managing and optimizing Docker-based environments and supporting CI/CD implementation and improvements.
Monitoring application performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system stability.
Participating in technical discussions, making architecture and implementation decisions, and taking ownership of delivered solutions.
Working according to approved company processes and development standards.
Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company's strategic objectives.
Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.
