STS Technical Services is hiring an EHS Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role supports a growing manufacturing operation committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment. The EHS Specialist will help strengthen environmental health and safety processes across large-scale fabrication and assembly operations while working closely with managers, department leaders, and employees throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing safety experience, strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements, and the ability to develop practical safety programs that improve compliance, reduce risk, and encourage employee engagement. Position Overview The EHS Specialist will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental programs. This position requires regular collaboration with operational leadership to identify hazards, conduct safety training, investigate incidents, maintain required records, and ensure employees understand and follow established safety procedures. The EHS Specialist will also manage several core safety programs and support emergency response planning throughout the facility.
