Within a Competency Center model, you will lead a dedicated team serving a specific airline customer. You will act as a key partner to the customer, ensuring high-quality delivery in alignment with Amadeus security policies and governance standards, while contributing to the alignment between customer priorities, roadmap, and technical solutions. You will also develop a strong understanding of the customer’s business context and transformation journey to effectively guide your team and drive impactful outcomes.
Team Management & Engagement
Manage and lead both local and remote team members, ensuring the timely delivery of projects while adhering to corporate standards and methodologies.
Define team objectives and align them with organizational goals, providing support and guidance to team members.
Evaluate team and individual performance, contributing to salary reviews and identifying high-potential team members for further development.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth within your team.
Technical Excellence
Identify and clarify ambiguous requirements, assess resource and operational challenges, and support risk analysis for projects.
Contribute to the development of a component strategy, oversee its deployment and evolution, and collaborate with architects and experts to ensure code integrity and architecture.
