About the role
Come and join our Planning & Engineering team, where we support all stages of aircraft maintenance. From technical evaluation and planning of materials, tools and manpower to scheduling and on-site support, we ensure efficient coordination and smooth project execution. Tasks We are looking for a motivated and well-organized colleague to join our Maintenance Records team for the period September 2026 to March 2027 . The position is also open as an internal rotation opportunity within LTSF , with the option to return to your main position after the assignment ends. Key responsibilities Perform data entry in customer systems Administer Maintenance Data and Maintenance Records Print, scan, check, process, sort, and distribute job cards, reports, and other working documents Ensure accurate and high-quality handling of documentation Understanding and experience in handling of documentation Work independently and be initiative driven Methodical and well organized Work neatly and accurately with attention to detail and quality Organizational and problem-solving skills Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is advantage Computer skills – Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of SAP is considered as an advantage Applicants must have the unrestricted legal right to work in Bulgaria at the time of application.
