Your expertise will enable the transformation of complex analytics workflows into software products resulting actionable intelligence, supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Involve in full-stack software product development life cycle. Develop high-quality reusable software modules. Customize software product to specific business needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with product owner, pre-sales, data scientists, business analysts, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team. Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices in software development, ensuring maintainability and performance optimisation. Engage with key stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and deliver solutions that align with organisational goals. Assess commercial and open-source products and integration into software products. Release planning of software product. Developing prototype screens and converting into working software products. Professional Qualifications and Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on full-stack software development. Balanced between product and project development experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in Spring MVC and Spring Boot micro services frameworks.
