Strategic Planning Leadership • Lead the development and continuous refinement of a comprehensive five-year strategic plan for Bombardier Defense. • Ensure the plan clearly articulates strategic priorities, long-term business objectives, strategic initiatives, and investment priorities. • Structure the strategic planning process and ensure alignment across all functional areas. • Facilitate strategic planning workshops and alignment sessions.
