Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees. Be responsible for the operational processes of your sector by achieving and monitoring the production objectives. Manage the budgets of your group and ensure the quality of the product. Plan the daily operations of your sector and follow up on them. Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc. Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain communication with other departments for any issues related to your sector. Ensure continuous improvement using operational excellence concepts and the problem-solving process. Ensure the training of your employees, evaluate their performance and their progress. Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication.
