Drive cross-functional coordination across all SAP workstreams to ensure alignment and delivery of project milestones. Support the definition, validation, and governance of end-to-end business processes, ensuring consistency, standardization, and process integrity across functional areas. Define, implement, and monitor KPIs related to process performance, testing progress, data readiness, and business adoption to track readiness and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate cross-stream workshops with Business Process Owners, SMEs, and project teams to align on requirements, resolve gaps, and drive decision-making. Coordinate security and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements, system design, and regulatory constraints (e.g., access, SoD). Support planning and execution of all testing phases (SIT, UAT), ensuring end-to-end validation of business processes and timely resolution of defects.
