Overview The Crew Resources Program Administrator provides systems administration, data management, analysis, and support to the Crew Resources team. Responsibilities Serve as business liaison for crew resources department to coordinate efforts for data analysis, integration, and utilization. Responsible for the system maintenance, administration, and data management of crew resource systems (Ex. Rainmaker BI, Sabre/CAE data) Serve as subject matter expert for the Crew Resources team for the integration and management of current crew resource database(s) into the company data warehouse. Coordinate with Operational Analytics on processes and procedures for operational use of various Rainmaker BI modules.
