Job Description
As a Learning Program Manager supporting the Customer CARE & Corporate Teams, you'll lead the intake, analysis, and execution of learning initiatives across a diverse portfolio of business functions, including Talent Development, Legal, Marketing, Communications, and Brand. You'll partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop effective training solutions, and ensure programs are delivered efficiently and drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for a resourceful, action-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and continuously seeks simple, scalable, and cost-effective approaches to delivering impactful learning experiences.
