Your Role We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our development team as a Technical Sales Support Engineer. In this role, you will be working as the link between the sales team and the development organization, supporting the sales team with deep technical and product knowledge and bringing back the customer’s view of our products to the technical leaders. In the sales activities, you will be the sales team's right-hand, ensuring that what we sell follows the product roadmap for the Product Unit. This will also require supporting the customers in the sales process to understand our offer and how it matches their requests. In the development activities, you will bring an understanding of future customer needs to make the match even better. You will travel extensively, both to meet customers at their locations and to welcome them to Saab's facilities. Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure our customers receive the best technical solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical interface between the sales team, our customers and the design department, providing expert advice and support. Travel extensively to meet with customers, understand their technical requirements, and present Saab's solutions. Welcome customers to Saab's facilities, providing technical briefings and demonstrations. Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals, tenders and cost estimates. Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing technical insights and market intelligence. Contribute to the product roadmap to make the best match to the customer needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments and industry trends to ensure Saab remains competitive. Provide technical training and support to the sales team as needed.
