Are you ready to join us? The project coordinator is the link between the Project Manager and the technicians. Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and launch of tasks in line with the overall project plan, the project coordinator is a leader who rallies his team around a common objective. He or she is responsible for coordinating the various skills needed to complete the project on time and within budget. Your Main Responsibilities: Report to the Base Maintenance Manager and manage daily micro‑planning to ensure on‑schedule progress and achievement of major project milestones. Set shift objectives with team leaders, assign priorities and tasks, coordinate execution, monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions when required. Anticipate operational needs for upcoming shifts, ensure teams can continue working efficiently, and work with team leaders and technicians to minimize waste. Contribute to macro‑planning with the Project Manager and ensure effective implementation; optimize the use of available skills and resources. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Base Maintenance Manager and Manpower Planning to define staffing and equipment needs, report skill gaps, identify training requirements, and reduce critical‑path duration.
