STS Technical Services is hiring an Assembler Group Lead in Liberty, Missouri . This is a regular full-time, non-exempt role supporting production and assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. The Assembler Group Lead supports the Supervisor in overseeing daily departmental operations, guiding team members, managing workflow and helping ensure production is completed safely, efficiently and to quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience, hands-on assembly knowledge and the ability to coach, train and lead others on the production floor. This position requires a strong understanding of department processes, equipment, tools and workflow. The Group Leader helps guide team members, manage workflow, support scheduling and materials coordination, solve production issues, coach employees and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
