STS Technical Services is hiring an Aerospace Repair Station QA Manager in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, to lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities within an FAA Part 145 aviation component repair environment. This full-time, on-site position is designed for an experienced aviation quality professional who is ready to take on broader leadership responsibility while remaining directly involved in audits, inspections, documentation, regulatory compliance and communication with customers and the FAA. Direct aviation quality assurance or quality control experience is required. Candidates without professional aviation experience will not be considered. This is a hands-on, working-manager position well suited for an experienced FAA Part 145 Quality Inspector, Quality Lead or Assistant Quality Manager who is ready to advance into departmental leadership. The role is responsible for supporting the continued effectiveness of the Quality Control System and ensuring compliance with applicable FAA regulations, customer requirements and manufacturer recommendations.
