In this role you will transform complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and analytical outputs that strengthen decision-making and commercial performance. You will work directly with our databases, writing and optimizing complex SQL and building the datasets and models that Commercial reporting relies on, while partnering closely with Data Engineering to resolve data issues at the source. style="color:#2F4F8F;">Responsibilities style="margin:10px 0 20px 20px;"> Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support business decision-making. Build and maintain the BI data foundation, including views, semantic models, and reusable datasets. Partner with Data Engineering to define requirements and improve data structures supporting Commercial reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and automation across reporting and analytics processes. Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Lead BI projects from requirements gathering through implementation and business adoption. style="color:#2F4F8F;">Competencies style="margin:10px 0 20px 20px;"> Strong communication skills to work as a direct partner to both Data Engineers and business stakeholders. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable exploring and querying complex or unfamiliar databases. High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset and strong ownership over data accuracy.
