About the role
Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver internal IT projects across the organization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple internal IT projects and workstreams concurrently Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget Own project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking Monitor resource capacity and utilization for effective delivery Engage stakeholders to define project scope, success criteria, and expectations Ensure proper governance across adhere to AirAsia Project Management framework:: Scope and change management Risk and issue management Project documentation and reporting Run regular project meetings, including steering committee updates Provide clear and timely status reports to senior management Support and guide junior project managers (if assigned) Drive change management and user adoption for project deliverables Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management Proven experience managing medium to large IT related projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (including senior leadership) Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project) Ability to manage changing priorities, scope adjustments, and project resets Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills What We’re Looking For Self-driven and well-organized individual Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently Confident communicator with executive presence Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
