STS Technical Services is hiring CNC Operators in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This full-time, 2nd shift opportunity supports Trace-A-Matic, a stable and growing precision manufacturing company known for complex machined components, clean facilities and a strong employee-focused culture. This role is ideal for CNC Operators with machining experience, mechanical aptitude, solid math skills and the desire to grow in a fast-paced production environment. Position Overview The CNC Operator performs operation and setup of complex machined components for a variety of industries. This position supports production by operating machine tools, making offset adjustments, reading basic blueprints, running multiple machines and helping ensure finished parts meet print specifications and quality standards.
