STS Technical Services is hiring a CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced manufacturing professional with strong CNC programming skills, SolidWorks experience, GD&T knowledge and the ability to support new product development, process improvement and daily production needs in a fast-paced machining environment. Position Overview The CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer supports the business in areas of new product development, process improvement, daily production support and key program management. This role analyzes and interprets technical data, including engineering drawings, specifications and purchase orders, then creates shop routings, operation sheets, tools and related processes needed to produce high-quality precision machined components. Typical processes include milling, lathe operation, honing, plating, CNC programming, assembly, testing, non-destructive testing, dimensional inspection, visual inspection and electro-mechanical assembly.
