POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be highly qualified in the sourcing and negotiation of contracts for corporate aircraft, with the ability to communicate at the C-suite level and develop/maintain long-term relationships of FAA Part 135 Operators.
The primary responsibility of the Territory Manager, Vendor Relations, is to develop/maintain new/existing vendor relationships for the OneSky brands. Coordinate/enhance guaranteed revenue programs for managed/owned aircraft for charter revenue as well as accurately analyze market trends and forecast revenue potential.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for relationship management of FAA Part 135 Operators primarily with CEO/President level executives in designated region for all OneSky brands.
- Accurately forecast future growth/ acquisitions and adapt strategic plans as required to accommodate shifts in the marketplace
- Negotiate exclusive contract and vendor purchase agreements with implementation of company business requirements and cost metrics
- Promote and re-enforce positive working relationships with clients and industry peers to achieve best exposure in the market
- Become proficient with the company CRM databases and continually update/maintain all vendor information
- Direct the preparation of regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports for executives, as needed to maintain appropriate communications
- Attend and participate in external/internal customer and/or company meetings or marketing events as directed
- Increase vendor supply network as needed and directed by VP
- Develop and maintain metrics for certified network vendors in territory
- Meet with vendors on an as directed basis through on-site and company HQ visits per budget requirements
- Research and analyze competitive market for industry trend information to develop strategies to enhance company product offerings
- Procure guaranteed lift through vendor supply for daily/monthly/yearly needs with additional lift secured for Peak holiday travel schedules for all OneSky brands.
- Responsible for forecasting market constraints and strategic development of certified vendor network
- Develop cost reduction plans, and meet/exceed budget goals, while steadily increasing quality, profitability for supply vendors in territory
- Monitor risk of guaranteed short- and long-term agreements coordinating with Vendor Relations and scheduling teams
- Research client service disruptions with network implications and develop resolution with vendors
- Track monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for your region showing trends, usage, costs for each vendor and action plans and growth opportunities for each
- Collect and implement ongoing certification standards for vendor network with reference to: Year of make, safety, crewing, and service standards of OneSky brands
- Analyze and structure guaranteed agreements to optimize jet utilization and coordination of flights based on extensive knowledge of jet type, category, and performance.
- Work closely with Client/Owner Services, Flight Tracking/Management, and Sales departments as needed to ensure accurate understanding of client/owner needs and most up to date options for fulfilling their requests for all brands
- Work closely with management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new and continued business
- Conduct strategic planning to assist in budgeting and forecasting of supplemental lift, capacity
- Negotiate and execute contracts with suppliers on pricing agreements that meet the budget needs of OneSky brands
- Help OneSky brands with accounting disputes and negotiate fair outcomes.
- Attend local national events, trade shows, as directed by leadership team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience
- 3+ years of Part 135 knowledge
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong ethics, integrity, and team player attitude
- Experience with account management or sales/business development roles
- Ability to build extraordinary customer relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently on own with a team first mentality
- Exceptional sales, presentation and negotiation skills at the C-suite and Flight Department levels
- Must be a driven, proactive individual who takes initiative, demonstrates accountability, and is committed to achieving results. Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Travel Required currently up to 25%

- Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
