- Plans, determines, and recommends manpower requirements for the tool cribs.
- Ensures excellent housekeeping standards in all tool cribs and assigned storage areas.
- Implements and maintains standard operating procedures, systems, and accepted work methods.
- Assesses and analyzes the performance of the section and individual team members, providing guidance and corrective actions when required.
- Monitors and ensures the availability and correct stock levels of consumables and critical equipment.
- Manages the purchasing process for consumables and tools in accordance with internal procedures.
- Supervises all tool‑keeping functions to ensure proper maintenance, safekeeping, traceability, and accountability of aircraft tools and equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar or related position.
- Proven ability to meet the functional requirements of the role.
- Demonstrated capability to perform administrative and office-related tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a computerized environment (ERP/MIS systems experience is an advantage).
- Strong organizational ability to handle a variety of topics and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good command of Bulgarian and English, both spoken and written.
