MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To supervise and control Stores operations ensuring accurate inventory management, full material traceability, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements, while supporting operational and Aircraft-on Ground (AOG) needs through efficient and controlled material handling processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
To supervise and control Stores operations ensuring accurate inventory management, full material traceability, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements, while supporting operational and Aircraft-on Ground (AOG) needs through efficient and controlled material handling processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures inventory accuracy and full traceability of all materials through effective maintenance system control and strict adherence to procedures.
- Maintains full compliance with CAR-145 / EASA Part-145 requirements for material handling, storage, certification, and release.
- Monitors and coordinates daily Stores operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch activities.
- Ensures all received aircraft parts meet regulatory approval standards and company procedures prior to acceptance.
- Ensures proper documentation, packaging, certification, and adherence to industry standards for all dispatched materials in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Maintains strict control and segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, hold, and quarantine materials in accordance with procedures.
- Ensures effective control of material custody, including temperature, humidity, shelf-life, and special storage conditions.
- Monitors and drives performance based on key KPIs, including inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance, discrepancy resolution, and stock integrity.
- Ensure timely identification, reporting, and resolution of discrepancies, shortages, damages, or incorrect supplies.
- Supports AOG and operational requirements by ensuring the timely availability and prioritisation of critical materials.
- Coordinates closely with Engineering & Maintenance, and Compliance teams to resolve material-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Supervises, assign, and monitor Storekeepers' work to ensure adherence to procedures and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and security requirements within Stores operations.
- Promote continuous improvement in Stores processes, maintenance system utilisation, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years)
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Experience in airline or MRO Stores/Materials operations, including inventory control, material handling, and regulatory compliance.
Hands-on experience with AMOS (or equivalent MRO system), exposure to CAR-145 / EASA Part-145 environments, and experience supporting AOG operations are required.
Supervisory experience in warehouse/Stores operations is preferred. - Strong working knowledge of AMOS (or equivalent MRO system) is required; proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
Familiarity with inventory control/reporting tools and basic data analysis is preferred. - Years with qualifications: 3 - 5 years, Years without qualifications (if applicable): 5 - 7 years
- EASA Part-145 / CAR-145 awareness training, Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA DGR) certification, AMOS or equivalent MRO system certification preferred
