Senior Security Agent - Hub Operations (Emiratisation)

As a Senior Security Agent, your role is to coordinate control and support security operations as outlined in the Security Policy and standard operating procedures Provide supervision including to outsourced personnel and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations through data collection logistical support and incident reporting to senior management.

In this role, you will

• Monitor and conduct random inspections of personnel deployed across all security assignments to ensure compliance with established instructions and procedures.
• Prepare reports on all incidents occurring during the shift and submit them to the relevant supervisor for escalation to management, where required.
• Prepare work rosters to ensure the most efficient utilisation of manpower and minimise overtime costs.
• Support preliminary investigations by gathering facts and conducting workplace inspections to facilitate appropriate follow-up action.
• Participate in the execution of operational activities as required, including events (e.g., air shows), flight delays, staff shortages, and other ad hoc services.
• Supervise outsourced security personnel (Transguard Patrol) deployed across Group facilities to ensure compliance with Group Security Policy and operational requirements.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Completion of 10 years of schooling or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in a Safety Sensitive role.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Ability to work around hazardous energy systems.

You'll have an edge if you have

• Experience in the aviation security field.
• Knowledge of Arabic.
