Raytheon’s Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to oversee ship modernization, logistics planning, access management, and site readiness efforts in San Diego, CA. Embedded within operational workflows, this role directly impacts execution outcomes by providing critical support to a range of logistics products. The Senior Logistics Analyst will play a vital role in coordinating personnel access, ensuring compliance with shipyard and Navy base requirements, and driving the successful, on-time completion of modernization tasks. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple programs in a high-tempo modernization environment, and excellent communication skills to effectively track and report progress to Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads.

What You Will Do

  • Manage logistics activities, including site setup for traveling teams, access provisioning for shipyard and facility entry, and coordination with program managers (PMs), site leads, and logistics personnel.

  • Support multiple geographically dispersed sites with larger personnel volumes, requiring real-time operational coordination, independent problem-solving, and continuous interaction with PMs, logistics leads, and security/compliance teams.

  • Provide mission-critical coordination for waterfront operations, ensuring schedules, access requirements, and personnel readiness are met.

  • Assist in facilitating access to shipyards, Naval bases, and modernization facilities where ship work is being performed.

  • Support the setup of locations for employees traveling to execute modernization and design change tasks.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

  • Experience with logistics support, material supply chain, depot warehouse facilities, and/or related processes or manufacturing.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Familiarity with shipyard visitor processes and procedures.

  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC) processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments and respond to customer needs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat.

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
