Senior HR Consultant (m/w/diverse) - (fixed-term position)

• Consult employees & managers
• Oversee & ensure local HR operations
• Process defined key topics, develop & implement overarching concepts
• Develop solutions for HR policy issues, both respecting global guidelines & adjusting to local specifics
• Manage vendors, service providers & (external) lawyers, develop & negotiate contracts (upon approval by manager), monitor service delivery
• Prepare & execute personnel transfers & reorganizations
• Take on (sub-)projects & special tasks for the manager, deputize for the manager
• Collaborate in continuous internal process improvement & documentation
• Perform other tasks and/ or projects, as assigned
• Functional guidance and development of less experienced co-workers, interns, working students and (vocational) trainees

• Master’s degree and 6 years of professional experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of professional experience, or equivalent
• Preferably in the fields of law, economics, psychology, social sciences or humanities, with a focus on HR or employment law
• Outstanding diplomatic skills and negotiation abilities (including in dealings with co-determination bodies)
• Strong communication skills and high intercultural competence
• Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities in a complex environment
• Fluent in English, additional language a plus
