Job Purpose
Air Arabia Egypt is seeking a qualified and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to support the effectiveness of the airline’s Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring System.
Key Competency The successful candidate should be able to transform audit and operational data into meaningful KPIs, trends, and management dashboards that provide clear oversight of departmental performance and enable early detection of deficiencies, recurring non-compliance, and areas requiring improvement.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits, inspections, surveillance, and spot checks across airline operational departments in accordance with ECAA, IOSA, Company standards, and approved procedures.
- Support the preparation and implementation of the Annual Quality Audit Plan.
- Identify non-compliances, operational deficiencies, and recurring findings, and monitor corrective actions through effective closure.
- Perform root cause analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, monitor, analyse, and plot departmental Quality and Operational KPIs using charts, and trend analysis.
- Use KPI results, audit findings, and performance trends to identify areas of underperformance, emerging deficiencies, and departments requiring enhanced oversight.
- Prepare Quality Performance Reports and management dashboards to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct audits of suppliers, AMOs, GHAs, fuel providers, cargo operators, outstations, and other contracted service providers.
- Support regulatory audits, IOSA activities, manual reviews, and liaison with relevant aviation authorities.
- Maintain accurate Quality Assurance records, findings, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering, Aviation Management, or equivalent aviation qualification.
- At least three-year relevant experiences in Quality Assurance, Compliance Monitoring, airline operations, engineering, or aviation auditing.
- IOSA, ISO Lead Auditor, Quality Assurance, or Aviation Auditor certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, IOSA requirements, and Quality Assurance principles.
- Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, charts, and KPI tracking.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, auditing, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
