Process Modeler with German

Come and join our Procurement and Supply Management team, where we ensure seamless sourcing and purchasing of materials and services for aircraft maintenance. From inventory planning to supplier and contract management, we keep the supply chain efficient, reliable, and aligned with the highest standards.

• Model and visualize processes across various functional areas using the appropriate process modeling tools, in alignment with the Process Excellence methodology
• Manage and update documentation within the integrated document management system (DMS)
• Support the continuous improvement of existing processes in close collaboration with the respective Process Architect, responsible Process Owner
• Support technical operation of the application (e.g. assignment of authorizations, performing changes technically, administration of application

• A university degree or relevant professional experience in business administration, economics, international business
• Excellent German and English language skills
• A precise, structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, proactive, creative and highly engaged mindset
• A sense of ownership, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with process management tools is an advantage
• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
