Task Responsibilities

  • Designing, reviewing, and validating maintenance instructions according to strict regulatory and operational standards.
  • Interpreting engineering documentation and industry regulations, and translating them into clear, compliant, and actionable procedures.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment of all technical documentation.
  • Coordinating requests for new or updated instructions and integrating insights from operational teams.
  • Supporting the harmonization and continuous refinement of documentation practices across the Technical Operations division.

Essential Requirements For The Position

  • A demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex technical information with precision.
  • Experience in technical documentation, aircraft maintenance environments, or comparable operational fields.
  • Previous experience working with AMOS is mandatory.
  • The capacity to act autonomously, while effectively engaging with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical, organizational, and communication competencies.
  • Familiarity with structured documentation systems or maintenance environments.

Working Conditions

  • Based in Luxembourg with regular on‑site presence required.
  • Occasional flexibility in working hours depending on project needs.
  • Criminal record requirement - e.g., A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
  • Work performed primarily in an office environment with cross‑department collaboration.
