Internship HR Management Boden LHA - Internship start: November 2026, duration: 6 months

Kick-start your HR career in an international environment and discover how modern HR connects people, learning, and business success. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, take on responsibility from day one, and gain valuable hands-on experience in human resources, talent development, and internal communications.

Tasks

Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous. You will get to know different employee groups and provide independent support in day-to-day operations as well as in the conceptual and strategic area of various HR products:

• Gain practical experience in operational HR management by supporting HR processes, advising specialist departments, and collaborating with employee representative bodies
• Support a variety of HR projects and become actively involved in key HR topics from the very beginning
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Learning & Development initiatives while gaining insight into different areas of HR development
• Participating in the design and implementation of internal communication activities, including intranet content, eBase updates, mailings, and other communication formats
• Assist in promoting HR initiatives and ensuring effective communication of HR-related topics across the organization

Requirements

• At the time of the internship, you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in a related subject area

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
• Good communication skills
• Initiative, motivation and creativity
• Ability to work in a team
• Analytical thinking skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
