Would you like to play an active role in shaping the future of air freight and gain valuable hands-on experience in an international project environment?
Then join our Global Lean Management team at Lufthansa Cargo. Together with experienced Lean experts, you’ll work on exciting projects to optimize our global logistics processes.
- Collaboration on international lean and process optimization projects across the global air freight supply chain
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on further developing modern Lean methods for the sustainable improvement of processes and structures
- Analyzing and preparing data, as well as assisting with workstation and process analyses
- Preparation of management presentations, decision-making documents, and project materials
- Close collaboration with international departments and stations worldwide
- Participation in the planning, organization, and execution of workshops, training sessions, and international meetings
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- Willingness to work, quick comprehension, and analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Enjoyment of structured and independent work
- Ability to apply existing skills with Microsoft Windows 365, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, under professional guidance
- Proficiency in spoken and written German and English
