Internship eLearning & Artificial Intelligence - Internship start: By arrangement; duration: 6 months

Tasks

During your internship, you’ll work at the intersection of e-learning, innovation, and corporate strategy. You’ll support us in developing innovative learning formats for aviation personnel – from designing new e-learning courses to integrating AI tools.

• Learning practical skills with a focus on developing and testing new e-learning concepts – with the support of ChatGPT and similar tools.
• Creatively implementing learning content – through storyboards, prototypes, and interactive media
• Shaping the future – contributing to strategic projects for the further development of our product portfolio
• Analyzing & evaluating trends – methodological, pedagogical, and commercial assessment of modern learning technologies
• Working collaboratively – close cooperation with various departments
• Sharing knowledge – participating in the planning and implementation of workshops

Requirements

To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your fourth semester of study at the time of the internship.

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment; for a required internship, a written proof of a mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
• Degree, e.g., in Business Psychology, Instructional Design, Media Education, Educational Technology, or Computer Science
• Enthusiasm for digital learning and new technologies
• Application of existing skills using ChatGPT or comparable AI applications under professional guidance
• Ideally, some experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Miro, etc.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to work independently
