4. When will we be good? – Track progress and deliver measurable outcomes.

Job Purpose:

• Support Air India’s Strategic Engineering Transformation by contributing to high-impact projects across four pillars:

o Safety & Compliance,

o Reliability,

o Resilience, and

o Cost Leadership.

• Drive analytical assessments, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives for existing systems (brownfield) while ensuring greenfield projects remain uncompromised and future-ready.
• Apply first principles thinking to solve complex engineering and operational challenges.
