What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose electrical systems ranging from 12V control circuits to 480V 3-phase power
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
- Support CNC machines, conventional machining equipment, and automated production systems
- Troubleshoot drives, controls, PLCs, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Perform machine setups, calibrations, alignments, and equipment upgrades
- Enter maintenance activity and work orders into the CMMS system
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and leadership teams to support manufacturing operations
- Assist with equipment acceptance testing and training activities
What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5 years of experience working with electrical controls and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment
- Aerospace manufacturing or aircraft production equipment experience preferred
- A 2-year technical degree may offset one year of required experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Experience working with industrial equipment such as CNC machines, mills, lathes, and automated production equipment
- Knowledge of PLCs, including Allen-Bradley and Siemens controls preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems from 12V through 480V 3-phase
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with Maximo or other CMMS systems preferred
- Knowledge of spindle replacement, ball screws, linear guideways, bearings, hydraulic repairs, and machine alignments is a plus
- Ability to work any shift and support overtime as required
Schedule
- Initial schedule is a 4-day, 10-hour day shift
- Must be able to support all shifts as business needs require

Education and Experience Requirements

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:- Diagnoses cause of electrical and mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and apply corrective action to resolve re-occurring issues.
- Interfaces daily with key Management and Production personnel regarding all Automated Equipment. .
- Ability to work any shift.
