Tasks Support the creation and tracking of purchase orders and requisitions in SAP.Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery status and collect relevant documentation.Support inventory monitoring, material planning and basic data analysis.Maintain material, supplier and pricing data in SAP.Support supplier approval and procurement-related activities in cooperation with relevant functions.Prepare basic reports and KPI updates.Support process improvement initiatives and participate in meetings, workshops and projects.Provide general administrative and operational support to the Direct Purchasing team.Requirements Final-year student of Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, preferably in Economics, Organisational Sciences, or a comparable fieldGood knowledge of MS Office, particularly ExcelConversational level of EnglishAnalytical and structured approach to workGood organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy when working with dataGood communication and teamwork skillsMotivation and willingness to learn and develop in the area of Purchasing and Supply Chain Ready to give your career a boost?
