Polish branch in Tajecina near Rzeszow is an integral part of the entire value chain, from engineering and technology (production engineering as well as design, analysis, project management, materials engineering) to production, assembly and repair. We are looking for a candidate with both digital competencies and engineering expertise in mechanical engineering or aircraft engines to support the digital transformation of the Aero Engine Performance Analysis area. Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for: Supporting and leading digital transformation initiatives within the Aero Engine Performance Analysis team, including for example: migration to a new database for processes and historical data gathering requirements and supporting the implementation of a graphical user interface for a tool used to visualize large volumes of data. Analyzing and improving existing processes, data flows, and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency. Acting as a liaison between engineering expert teams and stakeholders, including the IT department, ensuring effective communication and technical alignment Providing first-line support for selected internal tools and resolving reported issues. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Good knowledge of mechanical engineering, design, or operational aspects of aircraft engines will be considered a strong advantage. Experience working in a mechanical engineering, aerospace, or manufacturing environment is desirable. Knowledge of Linux environments. Programming skills (e.g., Python, C++). Knowledge of data management, databases, and digital processes will be an additional advantage. Ability to analyze technical data and engineering processes. Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to solve complex problems. Innovative mindset, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning and development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Fluent English language skills.
