Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)

in a 3-Shift Operation, Focus on Worldwide Medical Transportation

Responsibilities

• Organization and coordination of worldwide air ambulance flights

• Preparation of quotations, cost estimates, and order processing to increase revenue and sales figures

• Acting as an interface between customers and the medical team

• Close coordination with flight service dispatchers in the area of resource and operational planning

• Support and coordination for international customers, service providers and business partners

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience in customer service

• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a professional, friendly telephone manner

• Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage

• High self-motivation, team spirit and a structured working style

• Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in shifts (early/late/night)

• Confident use of common PC programs and CRM systems
