Location: This position is based in Dulles, VA, and requires regular on-site attendance. Must be local or willing to relocate to Dulles, VA.
Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 25% depending upon project locations and project timelines.

The Construction & Development Director will also participate in new projects due diligence including facilities assessment, schedules, and budgets.
