What makes you stand out

• You hold APS and/or ACS ratings
• You are a fully trained Air Traffic Controller and bring extensive professional experience, including several years of operational and simulator-based experience
• You have extensive cross-unit experience and a strong understanding of operational procedures and systems in air traffic services
• You communicate fluently and confidently in English, both written and spoken, and are willing to actively develop German language skills to at least A1 level
• You bring outstanding methodological and didactic expertise, demonstrated through instructor qualifications such as On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI)
• You are a strong communicator, enjoy sharing knowledge, and support others in their professional development with a structured and collaborative approach
