Are you passionate about turning maintenance data into action? Gulfstream is seeking a CMMS & Asset Management Analyst to help optimize facilities maintenance operations across multiple locations. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for IBM Maximo, partnering with maintenance teams and facility service providers to improve asset reliability, compliance, inventory accuracy, and maintenance efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert and super user for IBM Maximo and related facilities systems.
- Create and maintain asset records, preventive maintenance plans, job plans, and work order workflows.
- Generate KPI reporting and maintenance performance dashboards.
- Analyze maintenance history, work order activity, and inventory transactions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop reports and visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Maintain system security roles, employee work groups, and workflow routing.
- Support users through account administration, troubleshooting, and training.
- Audit maintenance and asset data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with Gulfstream maintenance teams and third-party providers to support schedule compliance and inventory management.
- Assist with facilities process improvements, system enhancements, and technology upgrades.
- Interpret equipment and machinery documentation to support preventive maintenance strategies and asset management plans.
Note: This is a Monday - Friday 1st shift opportunity
What You Will Bring
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities planning, maintenance planning, or asset management.
- Experience administering or supporting a CMMS, preferably IBM Maximo 7.6 or later.
- Experience analyzing maintenance, work order, and inventory data.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and maintenance planning processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience Requirements
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years experience in equipment maintenance or Facilities planning to include CMMS and Inventory management experience. Position Purpose:Under minimal supervision, researches, analyzes and maintains systems in support of Facilities services. Provide super user support and subject matter expert support (SME) on all facilities systems. Responsible for ensuring robust processes and procedures are developed and maintained, to meet all facilities systems requirements, set forth in the maintenance management program. Work directly with Gulfstream maintenance and 3rd Party Facility maintenance providers to ensure schedule compliance, CMMS accuracy, and inventory compliance.Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:- Assist in identifying new Facilities organizational needs and researching product enhancement / upgrades necessary to fulfill those needs.
- Layout daily/weekly work plans for assigned areas to ensure maintenance resources are optimized and scheduled to accomplish all preventive and service work orders .
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with all aspects of facilities.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
