Your responsibilitiesProvide operational support for clients across multiple locationsHandle and manage support tickets, including:Operating system-related issuesSoftware distribution and deploymentSupport and maintain standard client applications (e.g., 7-Zip, Hypersnap, TeamViewer, and similar tools)Deliver end-user support and process service requests efficientlyEnsure high-quality client operations and user satisfactionSupport Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) operations, including:Installation and configuration of virtual clientsHandover of environments to end usersContribute to the automation of client-related processesOur requirementsExperience in IT support, preferably in 2nd line / client support rolesStrong understanding of operating systems (Windows environment preferred)Experience with software deployment and endpoint management toolsFamiliarity with common client applications (e.g., remote tools, utilities)Knowledge of ticketing systems and incident/request handling processesBasic understanding of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) conceptsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication skills and customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and in a team environmentEnglish proficiency (written and spoken)BenefitsWork in an international environment with access to global expertise and best practices in the aviation industryAnnual and long-term bonus schemeAn organizational culture based on trust, collaboration, and mutual supportStable employment in a well-established company.
