Join us at Qatar Airways Hub Customer Services Team.

We are seeking talented, customer-focused individuals to join us as Bell Hosts, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our valued passengers at every stage of their journey.

As a Bell Host, you will be the first point of contact for our premium passengers arriving at Hamad International Airport. You will deliver a warm welcome, provide porter assistance, and ensure a seamless airport experience from curbside to check-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Meets and greets Premium QR passengers on the curbside and provide assistance with porter services.
• Provides courteous and prompt service to passengers at all times, providing extra special care to Specially Abled Passengers.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way.
• Assist with manual transportation of luggage to the check-in counters.
• Assist customer service agents with check-in activities.
• Place luggage on scales and assist passengers with the check-in process. Affix baggage tags onto checked-in baggage.
• Perform other duties as directed by Management.
• Comply with company policies relating to safety, security, environmental management, and data protection.
• Assist in response to any emergency or major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualification

About you:
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
• High School Certificate, Diploma, Vocational Qualification, or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years' relevant experience.

Essential
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to handle luggage and perform physically active duties.

Preferred
• Previous experience as a Bell Host in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of Arabic language.
