1. Job Purpose

• Assist in managing the stores operations, including the receipt, storage, issuance, and accounting of materials and equipment; thus, fostering compliance with regulations, maintaining inventory records, and optimizing stores operations.

1. Key Accountabilities

Functional Activities

• Assisting the efficient management of stores, encouraging compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and report accurate inventory records of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate the issuance and receipt of materials to various departments.
• Assist in fostering compliance with regulations and proper documentation for materials.
• Assist in organizing the layout of the stores to optimize storage space and accessibility.
• Assist in implementation of safety and security measures for materials and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in bonded stores operations.
• Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR

1. Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum Education requirements

• BBA/BBM/BA/B. Com/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Desired

• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, or store operations

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse management, or store operations.
• Experience in Indian aviation sector is an added advantage
