Description du poste :
As a New Energy & Business Development Analyst within the Group Sustainability Office, you will support Air France-KLM’s energy transition by providing market intelligence, business analysis, and strategic support to key internal stakeholders. You will contribute to the development of the Group’s decarbonization offering for both B2C and B2B customers, with a particular focus on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), one of the main levers for reducing aviation’s lifecycle CO2 emissions.
Key responsilbilities:
Contribute to the development of new decarbonization and energy transition solutions and products
Support Commercial, Cargo and Sustainability teams in customer discussions, negotiations, and sales pitch preparation
Monitor energy technologies, market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics
Prepare market and business insights to support internal decision-making
Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and processes required to scale SAF-related activities as volumes increase
Final-year student from an engineering school or a business school (Master’s level)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key trends
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and present complex analyses in a clear and structured way using PowerPoint and other tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)
Business- and results-oriented mindset

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
