Apprentice-Medical Services

Functional Activities

• Maintain and update digital records of the Medical Services accurately.
• Perform data entry and maintenance of pre-employment, periodic, and sick/fit reports for pilots and cabin crew.
• Upload and manage medical documents and reports as directed by the medical officers.
• Assist in uploading invoices and maintaining data related to monthly procurement of medical supplies, BA test accessories, and stationaries.
• Maintain Excel sheets for the following categories:
• LMRS (Leave Management/Medical Records System)
• Crew on maternity or leave.
• Medical certificate not acceptable (MCNA) cases
• Video consultation cases
• MEDIFs (Medical Information Forms)
• Sort, categorize, and analyse data using Excel and Word.
• Ensure proper file naming conventions and digital storage for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Maintain daily Excel tracking sheets of TMU (Temporary Medically Unfit) pilots.
• Follow data confidentiality, privacy standards, and compliance protocols.
• Assist in summarizing health data for review meetings and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate tasks effectively with team members and medical staff.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by medical unit head
